About this artwork: Battlers for Saigon's U.S. Embassy-Military Policemen escort the last Vietnamese found inside the U.S. Embassy during Tet Offensive fighting in Saigon in February 1968. Most of the American and South Vietnamese troops were positioned outside the city leaving the MP's to battle Viet Cong who had infiltrated the city. The prisoner, holding his U.S. government identification card, was taken to a nearby hospital, escorted to the back of the building and shot by South Vietnamese military policemen.
